Overview

Servo-driven 3D routing for production workshops

CNC routers can cut a variety of materials, including wood, plastic, aluminium and high-density foam. CNC stands for computer numerical control — machines operated by computer software and electronics rather than by a human operator.

CNC machines cut in three directions, known as the X, Y and Z axes. The X-axis runs front to back (the longest axis); the Y-axis represents left and right; the Z-axis represents up and down. Because they run on computers, CNC routers are faster and more exact than manual work — valuable in manufacturing and woodworking production.

The ST-1325 is a Success brand 3-axis single-spindle CNC wood router with servo motor drive, a full 1300 × 2500 mm bed, 300 mm Z travel and a 6 kW spindle for demanding 3D relief and panel work.

Applicable materials: MDF, wood, wave panel, aluminium panel, inscribed wooden slip, PVC, board, Corian sheet, acrylic and more.

Why the ST-1325

Servo motor drive

Higher torque, smoother acceleration and better positional accuracy under load for continuous production shifts.

6 kW production spindle

24,000 RPM cutting power for hardwood, MDF, acrylic and composite panels at production feed rates.

300 mm Z-axis travel

Deep 3D relief carving, wave panels and thick stock without tool-length limitations.

Full-sheet 4×8 ft bed

1300 × 2500 mm working area — nest a whole MDF or plywood sheet with no repositioning.

Production throughput

Servo drive and rack & pinion X-Y motion keep cycle times low on panel cutting and 3D routing jobs.

G-code CAD-CAM ready

Runs standard milling paths from ArtCAM/Carveco, Aspire and other common CAM software.

What it makes

Applications of the ST-1325

3D wood routing, wave panels, MDF profiling, furniture parts and indoor/outdoor signage — one servo-driven router for woodworking and sign production.

Application guides

3D wood routing: Relief sculpture, carved gift articles, wooden handicrafts, art murals, door panels and three-dimensional decorative elements with consistent depth and finish.

Wave panels & MDF: Wave board, MDF paint doors, composite doors, jali grills, cabinet fronts and countertop profiles — the 300 mm Z travel handles deep profiling in one setup.

Signage: Acrylic signs, PVC and ACP panels, Corian lettering, colour plates, three-dimensional billboards, badges and indoor/outdoor display work.

FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between servo and stepper drive? +
The ST-1325 uses servo motors instead of stepper motors. Servo drives deliver higher torque at speed, smoother acceleration and better positional accuracy under load — ideal for continuous production, deep 3D carving and high-feed panel cutting. For a stepper-drive alternative, see the STC-1325.
What materials can the ST-1325 cut? +
MDF, wood, wave panel, aluminium panel, inscribed wooden slip, PVC, board, Corian sheet, acrylic, foam board, sign board, ACP, brass, plastic and plywood.
What is the working area? +
1300 × 2500 mm in X-Y with 300 mm of Z travel — a full standard 4×8 ft sheet fits without repositioning.
Is it suitable for 3D wood routing? +
Yes. The combination of 300 mm Z travel, 6 kW spindle and servo drive makes it well suited for 3D relief carving, wave panels and deep MDF profiling with consistent finish quality.
How do I get the price? +
Pricing depends on spindle, controller and accessory configuration. Call +91 99989 61184, WhatsApp us, or submit the inquiry form — quotation within one working day. MOQ: 1 Piece.
